When I first started researching the ketogenic diet I ran across this guide. It was a one page sheet that a doctor from Grande Prairie was giving to any of his patients wanting to change their lifestyle of unhealthy eating. Amazingly enough it isn’t about what you can eat, it’s about what you cannot eat. I guess that’s why it’s only a page. I really liked the simplicity of it and while I have upgraded it slightly, it remains in my files as the go-to for anyone wanting to know about what the ketogenic diet is and how do you start.
