Here’s an idea for supper. Heat and partially cook some chopped vegetables in ghee. Make a cheese sauce for them with heavy cream and hard cheeses like cheddar and cream cheese (remember the tabasco, dry mustard, Worcestershire and fresh ground pepper). Now, throw it in the oven until it’s all bubbly. Meanwhile, cut up that leftover steak and breakfast sausages and fry them in a bit of ghee. That’ll do it!
